I faced a situation where I knew the password but was not able to get it correct.
Cannot keep trying the password combinations as account gets locked once you exceed the number of attempts, in this situation tried the option of uninstalling SSO from Add//Remove programs, here we don’t have any limits on number of password attempts. Can keep trying combinations till we get it straight.
