					<description><![CDATA[Excellent post Magnus, From my experience with EMC products we have extra level of monitoring VAAI, For instance, In SYMMETRIX you can monitor the VAAI from the array itself (requires EMC support to use inlines) The output is awesome. It will display in-depth information However you need to be aware of SCSI stack. For NFS, I am not sure but i believe we can check something as well from the VNX box. I will check and get back to you. What i want to say is that there might be an alternative methods to monitor VAAI via the storage array..]]></description>
