I, Magnus Andersson, am a Solutions and Consulting architect at Nutanix and targeting cloud, automation and disaster recovery applications/solutions.
My main focus the past 2 years before joining Nutanix was creating design and implement VMware vCloud Automation Center, VMware vCloud Director and VMware Horizon View solutions but also e.g. vSphere implementation and upgrading, performance troubleshooting. I’m continue to work with the above described technologies in my daily job. As a VMware trainer (VCI) Magnus have held classes in several countries including Australia,Belgium, Canada, Denmark, England, India, Italy, Malaysia, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, US and Sweden.
In June 2015 i become the 5:th Nutanix Platform Expert (NPX) in the world and the first in Europe. I started my advanced certification path back in October 2010 when i become the 56:th VMware VCDX (VCDX3) and also the first in the Nordic countries. I have upgraded the VCDX certification to also include VCDX4 and VCDX5. In September 2013 i added the second available VCDX certification, VCDX-Cloud, to my resume meaning i become the second person worldwide holding both the VCDX-DCV and VCDX-CMA (previously called VCDX-Cloud) certifications.
The most recent (2015-06-09) certification award i earned was the Nutanix Platform Expert
For the first time i was awarded the VMware vExpert title 2013 and i renewed the title in 2014 and 2015.
My blog has been included in the Top vBlog competition for two years now and i was placed #17 2015 and #18 2014 and actually #1 in the category “Favorite new blog” back in 2014. This is awesome and i’m really honored over these results. My goal was to reach top 100.
