A new Prism-inspired version of the Nutanix support portal has been released today.
The new Nutanix support portal is designed from the ground up with the user in mind, and complements the ease of use of Nutanix solutions. It includes powerful capabilities, such as:
- Improved user interface that mirrors Nutanix Prism
- Workflows for issue diagnostics, reporting and resolution
- Instant search to easily find documentation, knowledge base articles, and solutions
- Improved self-help that makes it easy to discover relevant KB articles during case creation
- Capability to view support cases across your entire organization
- Improved organization and navigation of Nutanix documentation
- Documentation in .epub, html, and .pdf formats, for an on-the-go webscale experience
- Attachment of log files to your cases of up to 4 GB
- A customer-facing case escalation button to ensure that critical cases are expedited
- Advanced click-stream and download analytics

This portal does not replace the NPN portal for partner materials. I recommend all of you existing Nutanix Support Portal users to re-register, requires a serial number, and start using the new Nutanix Portal.
Customer can use their existing NPN partner credentials to access the new portal but it does not replace the NPN portal for partner materials.
