2022-04-11 Nutanix released a new version of AOS, STS 6.6.2 which is a Short Term Release, read more about difference between LTS & STS here and it comes with one feature.
As you might be aware of Nutanix has for a long time support compute only nodes for AHV and with AOS 6.6.2 they are also adding support for compute only nodes with VMware vSphere ESXi. For more information about CO ESXi nodes check out the Nutanix Prism Web Console Guide
In addition to a new AOS version Nutanix also release AHV version 8.1.2, also known as version 20220304.10055.
