As usual when it’s a dot dot release the focus is on fixing bugs and addressing security issues and not so much focusing on new features and making improvements but still there are improvements for provisioning SQL Server Windows Server Failover Cluster and Always On Availability Group.
In addition both RHEL and OEL 9.4, first time for RHEL / OEL 9.n, have been qualified for Oracle 19.25-19.27

- RHEL 9.4 is qualified using kernel version 5.14.0-427.13.1.el9_4.x86_64.
- OEL 9.4 is qualified using kernel version 5.15.0-205.149.5.1.el9uek.x86_64.
- PostgreSQL version 17.5 both community edition and EDB
