Nutanix Move 4.9

Yesterday, 2023-07-26, a new version of Nutanix Move, VM migration tool which makes it possible to migrate VMs between environments with minimal downtime, was released and the most up to date version is now 4.9.

The 4.9 release comes with the following new features and capabilities:

  • Support for AWS migration with user having Explicit Deny
  • Filter VMs by tag
  • Change the SSH port number
  • Support for migration of 100 VMs
  • Support for configuration of Security Group and Public IP address

The following migration types are now supported with Nutanix Move:

  • AHV to NC2 (on AWS/Azure)
  • NC2 (on AWS/Azure) to AHV
  • NC2 (on Azure) to NC2 (on Azure)
