Yesterday, 2024-03-11, a new version of Nutanix Move was released the latest available version is now 5.2. With Move you can migrate both VMs between environments with minimal downtime and also migrate files to Nutanix Files.

The following capabilities and improvements has been added to Move 5.2 in addition to bug fixes:
- Customization of target virtual machine (VM) IP configurations when migrating from ESXi to:
- ESXi to AHV
- ESXi to ESXi on Nutanix
- Log in to Move using Prism Central login credentials.
- Security
- Support for Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 & 1.3.
- OpenSSH in Move upgraded to version 9.3
- New guest OS:es
- ESXi to ESXi on Nutanix: Ubuntu 22.04, RHEL 9
- AWS to AHV: Ubuntu 20.04, 22.04

You can upgrade to Move 5.2 from the following previous Move versions 4.9.0, 4.9.1, 5.0.0, 5.1.0, and 5.1.1.
