Quick Tip – Adjust/Change Prism UI Contrast

A while back I wrote a blog post about how to Change Nutanix Prism UI Login Screen and this quick tip will be about hos to adjust/change the Prism UI Contrast.

This applies to both Prism Element (PE) and Prism Central (PC). Follow the procedure below to manage the Prism UI contrast.

• Log in to PE or PC
  • PE with admin user
    
  • PC with SSP user
    
• Do the following “Mouse over the user name in the top right corner + press shift + click the username” Now you’ll see that an additional option called “Adjust Contrast” is available in the drop down menu.
  • PE with admin user
    
  • PC with SSP user
    
• A new menu will appear at the bottom of the screen
  • PE with admin user
    
  • PC with SSP user
    
• Press High and that’s it.
  • PE with admin user
    • Normal Contrast
      
    • High Contrast
  • PC with SSP user
    • Normal Contrast
      
    • High Contrast
      

Quite a difference, right. It is as easy as clicking Normal to change it back if you don’t like it.
