Two years as a blogger

“VMTurbo"
Today, March 13 2015, i have been a blogger for two years. During my first year as a blogger i posted 113 blog posts and the last year i followed up with 116 blog posts meaning a total of 229 blog posts. As i mention in my one year as a blogger summary, which you can find here, the numbers are more than i expected. I’m still targeting one blog post per week.

During this year a lot of fun stuff have happened:

  • I have start working for Nutanix.
  • My blog was voted #18 in the yearly vBlog top voting. See separate blog post here.
  • My blog was voted #1 in the year vBlog top voting in the category “New blog”. See separate blog post here.
  • I have been awarded the vExpert title for 2015.

The number of unique blog visitors per day are increasing, slowly but still.

Obviously a lot of my work has been related to Nutanix which have reflected my blogging and it seems like there is a lot of interest around our software and i can understand why:)
I have continued to work a lot with vRealize Automation (vRA) formerly known as vCloud Automation Center (vCAC) and I’m also picking up on vRealize Orchestration (vRO) formerly known as vCenter Orchestrator (vCO) and not to forget KVM. So expect a lot more blog posts in these three areas.

Finally, a huge thank you to all of you reading my blog, creating blog posts comments, link your blog posts to my blog posts, retweet my tweets, mention my blog posts on twitter, giving me linkedin likes.

Regards,
Magnus
