I trust you have already seen this but i just need to do an extremely short blog post about a major achievement by Nutanix. A few days back the Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) together with the Nutanix hypervisor AHV, yes that’s correct, were certified to run production SAP HANA workloads.
A while back Nutanix gained support for development and test SAP HANA systems for AHV but this is taking it to the next level since running development and test systems om architecture X and prodution systems on architecture Y doesn’t make much sense in many casees. You would like an apple to apple comparison between your different environemtns for your critical systems and SAP HANA is most often a very critical system.
Anyway, big shoutout to my colleagues involved in making this happen.
