A new version of Nutanix Move – VM migration tool which makes it possible to migrate VMs between environments with minimal downtime – was released yesterday, 2022-06-27, meaning the latest version is now 4.5 .

The 4.5 release comes with the following new features and capabilities:
- General Availability of Migrations from AHV to AWS
- Support for Hyper-V 2022 standalone host
- Permission Separation for source and target for Azure and AWS Providers
- OEL 8.1 supported for ESXi to AHV and Hyper-V to AHV migrations
In addition to GA features there are a few tech preview (do not use in production systems) features according to:
- Support for migrations from AHV to AHV
- Support for migrations from AHV to Microsoft Azure
The following migration types are now supported in Nutanix Move:

- ESXi to AHV and ESXi to Nutanix Clusters on AWS
- ESXi to ESXi
- Hyper-V to AHV and Hyper-V to NC2 on AWS

- Azure to AHV
- Azure to ESXi
