Today, 2024-06-10, a new version of Nutanix Move was released the latest available version is now 5.3. With Move you can migrate both VMs between environments with minimal downtime and also migrate files to Nutanix Files.

The following capabilities and improvements has been added to Move 5.3 in addition to bug fixes:
- Migration support from VMware Cloud to AHV, both on-prem & NC2 on AWS.
- IP Retention when migrating VMware Cloud to NC2 on AWS.
- New Guest OS: Ubuntu 20.04 from Azure to AHV

You can upgrade to Move 5.3 from the following previous Move versions 5.0.0, 5.1.0, 5.1.1, and 5.2.0.
